Privacy policy

The protection of your personal data when using our website is important to us, which is why WSP-Consulting GmbH describes in the data protection declaration how we handle your personal data and ensure the implementation of data protection.

1. Preamble
The protection of the personal data processed in our company, in particular the protection of its confidentiality, integrity and availability, is our duty and is the responsibility of the management and is monitored by the data protection officer and other persons in our company.

2. Anonymous data collection
In principle, you can visit our website without telling us who you are. We only learn the name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting us and the pages you visit on our website. This information is analyzed for statistical purposes. You remain anonymous as an individual user.

3. Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily, for example to execute a contract, a survey or when registering for personalized services (newsletter). As part of the personalized services, your registration data will be processed with your consent for the purposes of advertising and market research as well as for the needs-based design of electronic services. You can of course withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. All you need to do is send an e-mail to our data protection officer, whose contact details can be found below. The personal data collected will only be used within the WSP-Consulting GmbH group of companies and will not be passed on to third parties or used for any purposes other than those mentioned above. If necessary in individual cases, data will only be passed on after you have been informed in advance and, if necessary, have given your consent. The legal basis for processing your data results from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant laws such as the data protection regulations of the federal and state governments.

We delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes. The processing and storage of data may also result from a legal obligation to which WSP-Consulting GmbH is subject (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

The data that you provide to us via the website forms (contact, jobs and download) will be stored and used by us exclusively for processing the request.

4. External links
Our website may contain external links that refer to third-party websites. If this is not obviously recognizable, we will inform you that this is an external link. We have no influence whatsoever on the content and design of the pages of other providers. The guarantees of this data protection declaration therefore naturally do not apply there.

5 Use of cookies
When you visit our website, we may store information on your computer in the form of a cookie. These are small text files that are stored on your computer. Most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard disk at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your computer and enable us to recognize your computer on your next visit (so-called persistent cookies). By using such a cookie, we are able, for example, to customize a website to your interests. If you do not want us to recognize your computer, set your browser so that it deletes cookies from your hard drive, blocks all cookies or warns you before a cookie is stored.

6. Newsletter
With our general newsletter we would like to inform you about current topics and our offers. Our website also actively collects information from you when you enter details in our contact form or register for our newsletter. Registration only takes place if you also tick the checkbox provided for this purpose and give your separate consent. The information you provide will of course only be used to provide the service we offer.

You have the right to revoke your consent to receive our newsletter at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please send us an e-mail to info@wsp-consulting.de or an informal letter to WSP-Consulting GmbH, Diamantstr. 18, 65468 Trebur.

Right to rectification:
You have the right to have your personal data that you have transmitted to us corrected and, if necessary, supplemented or blocked.

You have the right to request the deletion of your transmitted data. Your data will be deleted regularly if it is no longer required for the processing purposes. Data is generally stored for as long as statutory retention periods require.

You can exercise your rights simply by sending an e-mail to datenschutz@wsp-consulting.de.

8. Contents
The data and information transmitted to us must not contain any inadmissible content (it must therefore be truthful and must not violate the rights of third parties, public law regulations or common decency).
