Project governance and the composition of the team are defined as part of the understanding of the corporate objectives prior to the project kick-off.

Plan
The implementation of workshops for processes, platforms and integrations as well as the definition, review and prioritization of the product backlog lead to the release planning and final definition of the project schedule, including documentation of the test strategy and setup of the system environment.

Execute
During the project, Agile Scrum cycles are run through, the Hypercare approach is defined, sprint reviews are carried out and the planning for system and user acceptance tests (UAT) is implemented.

Deliver
Preparation for the go-live includes the planning and implementation of system tests, user acceptance tests (UAT), ensuring operational readiness and user training.

Close
The formal conclusion of the project includes the handover to operations, the provision of early life support, the recording of lessons learned and the evaluation of the project's success.
