Project governance and team composition are defined as part of understanding the corporate objectives prior to the project kick-off.

Plan
Conducting workshops on processes, platforms, and integrations, along with defining, reviewing, and prioritizing the product backlog, leads to release planning and finalizing the project schedule. This includes documenting the test strategy and setting up the system environment.

Execute
During the project, Agile Scrum cycles are followed. The Hypercare approach is defined, sprint reviews are conducted, and planning for system and user acceptance tests (UAT) is implemented.

Deliver
Preparation for the go-live includes planning and conducting system tests, user acceptance tests (UAT), ensuring operational readiness, and providing user training.

The formal closure of the project includes the handover to operations, the provision of early life support, the documentation of lessons learned, and the evaluation of the project's success.
